Site Preperation
Selecting A Site
Choose a level area that is at least 1 foot wider and longer than your shed. (For example a 10' x 16' shed should have a 11' x 17' level base.)
Shed Base
Our sheds and gazebos are built on 4" x 4" pressure treated skids and will withstand many years of ground contact, however we recommended a 4-6" gravel base. This gravel base will help assist drainage around the site to give your shed an extended life.
We Do Site Work
Our professional crew can prepare your site. We will level the site and lay 4-6" of crushed stone. For a more finished look, we can install a pressure treated 6" x 6" border. This also prevents stone from scattering.

Please be sure your selected site is accessible on the delivery date. See below to determine access openings and overhead clearance.

If access is around corners or vegetation, clearance needs to be increased accordingly. Should you have any concerns or questions, we do a free site visit to determine access.
